Do you offer a turnkey service?

YES! I will support you from the first contact, through the design of a tailor-made project, to production, assembly, and delivery of the finished product at the trade fair.

What is the typical timeframe for completing a project?

The timeframe for a project varies based on its complexity and our current workload at the time of your request.

Usually, I send you the complete offer within a week at most. Starting early is always the smartest approach!

Can you transport a pallet of merchandise to the trade fair for me?

This service is frequently offered, but it must be scheduled well ahead of time.The truck’s priority is always the exhibition setup materials, but with enough notice, we can usually accommodate your shipment too.

Who is responsible for the mandatory paperwork?

I’ll take care of it for you.

Once the stand is confirmed, we will go through the entire process of completing the mandatory paperwork required by the trade fair together, and I will take care of submitting the project for approval.

I don’t have a graphic designer, what should I do?

For your logo and the graphics that will decorate the stand, you need high-resolution and vector files. You’ll need a graphic designer to create these files. If you don’t have one, I can refer you to someone who offers this service.

Who will create the design for my booth?

What kinds of trade shows do you service?

All industry sectors in Italy and Europe (mainly Germany, France, Spain, and the Netherlands).

Is the stand for rent or purchase?

The stand is always rented, unless you have different needs that we will clarify during the briefing phase.

This means that at the end of the trade fair, the materials are refurbished and reused for other stands at different events. Every material has its own lifecycle and circularity, helping to avoid unnecessary waste... nowadays, it’s a must!

...and after a few editions, you might want to change some elements and refresh the look of your stand and the way you present your brand. Refreshing your image is key to staying current and attractive!

What’s the price for a stand?

Each project is unique, making it hard to set a precise price before we have discussed all the details. After our initial briefing, I’ll provide a project proposal outlining the final cost and a summary of all the stages we’ll go through together.
